Your Tasks

• Performing the duties and responsibilities of a Corporate Security Manager to establish, maintain and implement all measures necessary for the protection of security-relevant information, including the independent coordination, conception and design of comprehensive strategic security solutions
• Reviewing and assessing project-specific contractual security requirements relating to physical security, personnel security and information security, as well as deriving and coordinating these with, amongst others, those responsible for corporate security, information security, project managers and the relevant departments
• Advising the management and executives on the analysis of complex contractual security requirements across all security-related aspects
• Responsibility for the planning, approval, implementation and monitoring of all measures to protect national and international information, including the IT security of defined IT networks
• Providing impetus and technical support for competence development and advising employees
• Planning and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented security measures through internal and external audits

Your Qualifications

• A degree in risk and security management, information security, IT security or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in corporate security / information security and knowledge of the BSI’s technical guidelines (BSI-TL), information security management (ISO 27001) and BSI Basic Protection
• Practical experience and knowledge of implementing project-specific security requirements of the European Union (EU), the European Space Agency (ESA) or other international institutions is desirable
• Strong ability to think in an interdisciplinary manner and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Very high level of reliability and responsibility
• Strong ability to cooperate and work in a team
