Cost Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role you will support cost management for European units within the R2 Standard Cost Shared Services. You will work in an international finance team to ensure accurate costing, analyze cost changes, and drive standardisation initiatives. The position offers hybrid work, a competitive package and opportunities to influence cost transparency across factories. You will engage with cross-functional partners to optimise cost processes and reporting.

• Conduct monthly and annual cost cycle activities for European units
• Calculate rates based on unit Normal Studies
• Perform new parts costing and analyze cost changes
• Review cost differences between products from different factories
• Carry out material and production variance analyses
• Produce Cost Management System monthly reports on standard vs updated costs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for costing standardisation across units

• Studies in economics / business administration or a comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Very good English and German language skills
• Ability to work in an international team
• Expertise in SAP R/3 and MS Office
