Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for SG&A cost center controlling for the three German DQS companiesConducting budget, forecast, and variance analyses as part of the SSC monthly closingsPoint of contact for personnel controlling, including headcount and personnel cost analysesResponsibility for sales commissions, including calculation of commissionable salesEstablishment and monitoring of auditor provisionsImplementation of capex controlling and management of depreciation (AfA)Intercompany settlements and cost allocations within the DQS GroupDocumentation, analysis, and optimization of commercial processesCollaboration on cost optimization and efficiency projectsTravel cost controlling and conducting ad hoc analyses for management and departments Your ProfileA completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or financeAt least 2 years of professional experience in controllingSolid knowledge of cost center, personnel, and investment controllingAccounting experience (particularly HGB) is a plusVery proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Power BIExcellent German language skills and good English language skillsStructured, analytical, and independent work styleAbility to work in a team and strong communication skillsUnleash your full potential with us.
