As Country Sales Manager Germany, you will take full ownership of developing and expanding Autoplanen’s business in the German market. This is a market-entry role with a strong focus on building new business opportunities and establishing long-term partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will define and execute the local sales strategy and play a key role in building the company’s presence in Germany from the ground up.
Autoplanen is an international company headquartered in Poland, specializing in the design and construction of industrial, warehouse, agricultural, sports, and inflatable halls. With over 20 years of experience, we deliver turnkey solutions across Europe for industrial clients, logistics companies, and the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for developing the German market from scratch
- Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Establish cooperation with local partners and distributors
- Represent Autoplanen in the German market and build brand awareness
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams
- Provide structured reporting and market feedback to management
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, industrial, or technical solutions
- Strong business development mindset with a clear “hunter” approach
- Experience with project-based sales is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and build a market from zero
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Comfortable operating in a fully performance-driven environment
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Several years of experience in sales (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong network in Germany is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and independence
