Creative Conceptor, Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for asset creation for client projects within the Design team, both creatively and organizationally
• Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team and, where applicable, with clients
• Capacity planning and providing feedback on creatives
• Design static ads yourself and bring your own creative signature
• Openness to AI tools and active contribution to the team's development

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the creative field, ideally within a social media environment
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Experience working in teams and interacting with clients
