We're looking for a Creative Director with a strong focus on concept development and strategic insight—someone who can truly grasp brand worlds and translate complex content into compelling stories. With us, you'll develop memorable concepts, confidently advise clients, and lead creative processes with a clear vision—without getting lost in the details of writing body copy.

Here's what you can expect:

Concept Development & Storytelling: You develop overarching big ideas, campaign concepts, and narrative frameworks. You translate complex topics, products, and strategies into understandable, relevant stories.
Creative Client Consulting: You advise clients as an equal, understand their challenges in detail, and present your concepts persuasively in presentations and workshops.
Guiding Concept Before Final Draft: Your focus is on identifying the central theme, structure, and narrative arc—you provide the creative direction and tonal voice, while the team handles the actual drafting.
Mentoring & Team Leadership: You guide creative teams from the initial idea through to the final execution, provide direction-setting feedback, and foster the development of younger talent.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with Strategy, Design, and Client Service to ensure that creative excellence and client goals are perfectly aligned.
Pitch & New Business: You'll develop creative concepts for pitches and actively drive the growth of our existing client base.

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

Several years of experience: You have solid professional experience as a senior copywriter, concept developer, or creative director in an agency setting.
Consulting & presentation skills: You have natural confidence when speaking in public, handle client meetings with poise, and know how to inspire clients with bold ideas.
A Knack for Language: You don't need to fill pages with continuous text, but you have an extremely keen sense of tone, wording, headlines, and the power of language.
A "Doer" Mindset & Attitude: You think in terms of solutions, stay organized even during high‑pressure situations, and express your opinions in a collaborative yet assertive manner.
