The resort in Braunlage is located in the heart of the Harz Mountains, just a few steps from the Kurpark and a 30-minute drive from Goslar. It has 124 holiday apartments, an indoor swimming pool, wellness area, children’s and youth room, the Grimbart’s restaurant with 60 seats, a terrace, and an event room.

We are looking for a committed personality to join our Food & Beverage department with immediate effect.

What you can expect

• Providing the necessary mise en place
• Sharing responsibility for the proper storage of various foods and the consumption of materials
• Compliance with all hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP and cleanliness

What you bring along

• Completed vocational training as a chef
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Independent and clean working style
• Creativity in dealing with ingredients and new recipe ideas
• Team-oriented, but also independent and clean working style
• Good German skills, English an advantage
