Responsibilities

• Credit worthiness reviews, check and recommendations
• Credit control, customer follow up, query resolution
• Monitor compliance with credit policy
• Commissions calculation and compliance with policy
• Customer bonus calculations in line with policy
• Monitor compliance with Returns Policy
• Credit note policy compliance
• Calculation of provisions
• Internal reporting – credit control

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business - preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk or a bank clerk or a degree in business administration
• Experience in domestic and international accounts receivable management
• A structured, analytical, and precise approach to work
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers
• Proficiency in common IT applications such as the MS Office suite and, ideally, experience with an ERP system
• Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
