Critical Spares Logistics Coordinator (Fully Remote)

• Process, track, and coordinate equipment orders, procurement activities, logistics movements, and proof of delivery documentation.
• Maintain accurate physical and system-based inventory records for critical spare assets and ensure regular reconciliation.
• Coordinate vendor activities, including repair timelines, replenishment schedules, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required with minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP or WMS systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Competitive annual salary range based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications: $41,310 - $54,570 annually in selected states.
