About The Client

Our client is a fast-growing company in the iGaming industry, dedicated to delivering top-tier player experiences through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies. They are now looking for a Danish-speaking CRM Manager to join their team in Copenhagen and take their customer relationship management to the next level!

The Role

As a CRM Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to boost player retention and engagement
  • Create personalized campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging
  • Analyze customer data & behavior, using insights to drive segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
  • Monitor key KPIs, track campaign performance, and suggest optimizations
  • Ensure CRM communication aligns with brand tone, compliance regulations, and responsible gaming guidelines
  • A/B test and experiment with new ways to maximize player lifetime value

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish speaker, with strong proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools & automation platforms
  • Ability to craft compelling customer journeys and retention strategies
  • Experience working with customer segmentation and loyalty programs
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
