Helpling operates a service platform and is building CRM initiatives to strengthen customer retention, reactivate inactive users, and support business growth.

Задачи

• Plan and implement CRM lifecycle campaigns focused on win-back and reactivation
• Optimize campaigns and customer journeys through A/B testing to identify effective communication channels, strategies, and offers
• Create regular reports and ad hoc analyses, interpret data, and identify trends and optimization opportunities based on customer surveys
• Monitor and track all initiatives and report results to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor current CRM trends and derive new, effective strategies for the business

Требования

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, marketing, or communications
• 2 Years of practical experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management
• Strong understanding of data-driven CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and deriving customer insights to increase revenue and customer retention
• Confident using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Analytics
• Analytical, conceptual, and creative working style with a strong hands-on mentality and reliable time management
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills
• German and English at C1–C2 level
• Nice to have: good knowledge of Braze
