Задачи:

• Plan, build, and deploy omnichannel campaign journeys across Email, Direct Mail, Parcel Inserts, and WhatsApp within Bloomreach
• Maintain and optimize more than 50 active lifecycle trigger lanes covering buyer activation, win-back, and churn prevention
• Adapt central strategies for German-speaking consumer habits, local buying triggers, payment behaviors, and GDPR requirements
• Create dashboards and independently analyze cohort curves, Time Between Orders, repeat purchase rates, and churn velocity
• Implement signal-driven predictive segmentation using customer scoring models and deviation tracking
• Own a hypothesis-led A/B testing roadmap covering messaging, incentives, contextual personalization, and send-time optimization
• Integrate ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation tools into daily CRM workflows
• Use LLMs and automation for copywriting, variant generation, dynamic audience building, and campaign QA
• Eliminate manual work and administrative bottlenecks through macros, prompts, and automated reporting loops

Требования:

• 3–5+ Years of hands‑on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Customer Lifecycle Management
• Experience in a fast-paced E-Commerce or D2C environment
• High autonomy and strong ownership
• Ability to analyze customer data, investigate metric changes, and identify solutions independently
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CDPs or CRMs such as Bloomreach, Braze, Emarsys, or Klaviyo
• Experience with LLM prompting and AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to write concise, brand-aligned copy that converts
• Fluent German and English skills
• Nice to have: Strong interest or background in supplements, nutrition, health, or wellness
