Kendago is building a portfolio of health and wellness brands that help millions of people improve their lives.

Own lifecycle marketing strategy across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and other owned channels;
Build and optimize automated customer journeys across the entire lifecycle;
Create segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data;
Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and grow revenue through owned channels;
Run A/B tests and improve messaging, offers, timing, and customer journeys;
Analyze performance and turn insights into action;
Work closely with Product, Growth, Creative, Data, and R&D to deliver a seamless customer experience;
Use AI tools to research faster, create better campaigns, analyze data, and execute more efficiently.

3–6 Years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention Marketing, or Growth Marketing in a B2C subscription or DTC business;
Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar;
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, personalization, and experimentation;
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution;
Curious, proactive, and excited to build a function from the ground up;
Nice to have: experience with consumer apps or web-to-app products, experience in subscription businesses, experience in health and wellness, familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
