The Role

We are looking for an Operational Manager (E-commerce) to own and optimize Siraat’s day-to-day e-commerce operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that orders flow smoothly from purchase to delivery, processes are efficient, and operational execution scales alongside growth. This role focuses on execution, coordination and optimization, working closely with the Head of Operations, fulfillment partners and internal teams.

This is not a warehouse or supply chain planning role.

It is a hands-on operational ownership role focused on reliability, efficiency and scale.

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize Siraat’s daily e-commerce operations
• Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment and delivery workflows
• Monitor operational KPIs such as delivery times, error rates and costs
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and resolve operational issues
• Optimize internal processes to support growth and higher order volumes
• Work closely with Head of Operations on execution and reporting
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
• Support international growth with consistent and reliable execution

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or operational management
• Experience working with fulfillment partners or logistics providers
• Strong process-driven and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, brand and support teams
• Clear communication skills and strong sense of ownership
• Experience in a fast-growing DTC environment

Nice to Have

• Background in operations, project management or e-commerce coordination
• Experience supporting international or multi-market operations
• Familiarity with order management systems or e-commerce platforms
• Interest in premium consumer products or operational excellence
