Lead and execute monetization projects within the CRM team, owning campaigns that drive revenue growth
Design and optimize lifecycle journeys focused on acquisition, conversion, and win-back strategies
Manage high volumes of CRM campaigns and ensure seamless execution
Develop segmentation and communication strategies through continuous testing and experimentation
Build an A/B testing framework, analyze results, and propose data-driven improvements
Ensure campaign deliverability and technical soundness, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering teams
Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics and prepare detailed reports and actionable insights
Own the technical CRM setup, including campaign automation, deliverability optimization, and tool integrations
Identify process and user experience improvements to maximize monetization outcomes
Balance operational execution with strategic input

Требования:

5+ Years of CRM experience in communication strategy development and hands-on execution
Strong monetization mindset and ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential
Proven experience in customer lifecycle management and implementing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
Technical expertise in CRM systems, including Braze
Proficiency in analytical tools and experiment tracking
Experience working cross-functionally with Growth teams and developers
Hands-on expertise in managing high-volume communications and setting up CRM workflows
Proactive problem-solving and self-starter attitude
