CRM (Technical) Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Germany (m/w/x)

In this role you will shape integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions for diverse customers, acting as the bridge between clients and development teams. You’ll guide technical implementation, document requirements, and leverage Avanade’s assets and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery. You’ll apply testing frameworks like Avanade UI Automation with Specflow and support sales as a technical expert. Leading project teams, you’ll craft future-ready solution concepts that drive digital transformation for customers.

• Define integrated D365 CRM/CE solutions with customers
• Own the technical implementation and coordinate with onshore/nearshore/offshore teams
• Provide technical guidance on setting up company-wide CRM platforms
• Capture and structure customer requirements within the project approach
• Leverage internal assets, tools, and best practices for ALM in D365 CE (data management, data model validation, DevOps YAML pipelines)
• Apply proven test frameworks (Avanade UI Automation with Specflow) and test strategies
• Support sales in acquisition phases as technical/functional expert
• Lead the project team in developing future-proof solution concepts

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations
• Ability to interface with customers and development teams across delivery models
• Knowledge of ALM, data management, and data model validation in D365 CE
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Specflow and UI Automation
• Experience supporting sales in technical/functional roles
