CRO Sales Manager, Flavours and Food Ingredients Distribution

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
• Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
• Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales budget
• Manage and close sales projects
• Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
• Conduct customer loss analyses and develop win-back strategies
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints
• Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology or a related field
• Sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia
• Required: Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
• Confident user of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
• Excellent German and English language skills
• High willingness to travel across the assigned region
