Customer Advisor, Internal Sales – Composite, Commercial & Industrial Insurance

Responsibilities

• Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approx. 50 employees) across all composite lines (excluding motor, life, health)
• Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
• Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders, including policy and terms comparisons
• Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (management)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge in at least one composite line such as fire/industrial property, business and product liability, etc.
• Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen) or as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt); alternatively: relevant degree
• Motivation to actively help shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and to pursue personal development
