Customer Advisory Loans - Team Lead

As Team Leader, you will guide and develop a high-performing credit advisory team within a leading digital platform for consumer loans. You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on involvement in customer consultations, mentoring, and day-to-day operations. You’ll translate KPI insights into tailored development plans and help shape onboarding, processes, and the sales strategy. • Lead both professional and disciplinary management of the credit advisory team
• Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and development plans
• Oversee structured onboarding for new hires with practical support

• Several years of experience in telephone or digital sales, ideally in financial or banking sector
• Proven initial leadership experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to foster motivation and a positive culture
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality with focus on results and ownership
• Fluent German (C1) and good English proficiency
• Comfort with using data and KPIs for decision-making and performance management
