Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d) English and German

Are you fluent in Englisch? Can you also speak Croatian, Czech, Romanian or Portuguese? For our Avedo Hamburg location, we are looking for you as a Customer Experience Manager (m/w/d) English and Hungarian/Slovak in full-time.

Your Tasks

• handling internal customer service issues(in wirting only)
• quality assurance
• constantly reviewing and improving existing processes
• supporting new projects
• testing of new projects

Your Profile

• fluent in English and German
• good working knowledge of MS Office
• currently living in Hamburg or the surrounding area (within commuting distance)
• strong communication skills and service mentality
• high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
• nice to have: international travelling
