Customer Marketing Manager (Fully Remote)

• You will build and manage customer marketing programs that help partners realize value and renew with confidence.
• You will own scalable lifecycle programs across activation, value realization, and renewal readiness.
• Build and manage retention and expansion marketing programs across the post-sale partner lifecycle.
• Develop scalable lifecycle journeys and modernization programs.
• Use customer data to identify partner cohorts and establish program triggers.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Strong understanding of B2B customer marketing and post-sale lifecycle stages.
• Ability to translate complex products into actionable marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data.
