Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d) McD.

What your job includes

• Ensuring a strong understanding of restaurant operations and products within the OSI organization
• Supporting McDonald’s ATCQ teams by providing training and consultancy services to address agreed improvement topics and objectives
• Providing technical and business support to McDonald’s QA teams at European, divisional and country level
• Creating regular and ad-hoc reports on visit findings, quality statistics, product updates and individual projects as well as maintaining the relevant databases
• Monitoring operational and technical Critical Control Points (CCPs) in restaurants to ensure OSI products are served at optimum product quality
• Investigating product complaints, reporting findings appropriately and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Acting as an ambassador for OSI within the McDonald’s system at all times
• Supporting McCOPCO and franchise restaurants by delivering product training and sharing best-practice approaches
• Working closely with internal stakeholders including senior management, quality assurance, product development and production teams as well as external McDonald’s ATCQ, QA and Supply Chain teams and other partners

What we expect from you

• University degree or comparable qualification in Food Technology, Food Science or a related field
• Professional experience in the food industry, ideally within a production environment
• Sound technical knowledge of food production, raw materials and cleaning processes
• Knowledge of relevant food hygiene as well as health and safety legislation
• Good sensory evaluation skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently across different hierarchy levels
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel regularly
