About the role

To provide reliable, day‑to‑day operational support across order management, customer communication, and SAP‑based processes, ensuring smooth workflows and high service quality. Helps maintain accurate order data, supports issue resolution, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to keep operations running efficiently and strengthen overall customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring, processing, and managing incoming orders in SAP
  • Checking all orders for correct delivery dates, item numbers, EAN codes, and minimum order quantities in coordination with the customer
  • Processing complaints regarding quantity and price discrepancies in SAP
  • Entering all reimbursements in SAP
  • Taking responsibility and carrying out your own projects
  • Supporting project development in close cooperation with other departments
  • Preparation of quantity forecasts on the daily outgoing goods volume
  • Coordination with logistics service providers for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Ensuring the availability of goods through close cooperation with the complete supply team

The experience we’re looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (min. Berufsakademie) in Business Administration, Logistics or engineering
  • Relevant experience in supply chain management
  • 2-3 years work experience in Supply Chain functions, preferable first experiences in Customer Service and project management.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, specifically Excel
  • ERP System-experiences (SAP)
  • Very good understanding of all supply‑chain‑relevant processes including interfaces (EDI Messages) to other functions
  • Knowledge and first experiences in handling macros via Excel
  • German - Fluent
