Customer service representative / account manager (m/f/d)

• Main technical contact person for the agreed customer base and interface to internal departments
• Planning, controlling and coordination of customer requirements
• Technical implementation of customer projects (including project documentation)
• Support of development projects
• Monitoring of delivery dates
• echnical training and instruction of employees (internal) with regard to customer-specific requirements

Ihr Profil

• Completed professional training (electrical engineering, mechatronics, businessman with a technical background) or technical business administration or degree (industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics)
• good written and spoken English skills
• Interest in electronic components, circuit boards and manufacturing processes in electronics production
• Knowledge of working with a PPS system (especially SAP) is desirable
