Customer Success & Ads Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a smart, motivated and analytical Customer Success & Ads Manager.

As a Customer Success & Ads Manager you are responsible for a portfolio of ayeT’s advertiser accounts. You will strategize with new and existing clients on all advertising growth opportunities, including setting up new campagins, developing campaigns goals and optimizing and growing existing campaigns. In order to run campaign performance analysis for ayeT internal as well as clients‘ needs you will work with different internal and external reporting tools. This will put you in touch with people and companies from around the globe to learn about different cultures, perpectives and approaches to creating and managing campaigns and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize ad campaigns on the ayeT-Studios platform for a portfolio of demand partners


• Analyze ad campaign results and derive learnings and actionable insights for our business partners


• Use various channels to communicate with advertising partners and discuss campaign results and opportunities to grow the mutual activity


• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign management and find creative solutions to complex problems


• Work within a team of Customer Success Managers to take on special projects for important initiatives including inventory management, beta testing, and forecasting


• Handle escalated integration/ad-ops issues on the client-facing side

Requirements

• Detail oriented and structured


• Analytical and interested in numbers and in depth analysis


• Some work experience with online advertising, developer/client relations, advertising networks and platform, advertisers, or agencies is preferred


• Strong Excel skills


• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English


• Preferably basic understanding of online and mobile advertising models


• Preferably basic understanding of tracking methodologies for ad campaigns
