The Opportunity
Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships at the intersection of AI,automationand business-process transformation.
At Hypatos, you will help leading organizations turn AI initiatives into measurable operational outcomes. You will work with stakeholders across business, IT, Finance Operations, Global Business Services and transformation teams to increase adoption, realizevalueand expand the use of our platform.
This role is ideal for an established customer-facing professional who enjoys complex enterprise environments, takesownershipand wants to deepen theirexpertisein enterprise AI and automation.
Professional fluency in German and English is required. You must be confident leading customer meetings, workshops and strategic business discussions in German.

What You Will Own

• Build and develop trusted, strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across business and IT


• Translate customer objectives into clear success plans and measurable outcomes, including stronger adoption, higher automation rates, improved process quality and operational efficiency


• Own customer health, retention and expansion by identifying risks early and developing additional use cases and growth opportunities


• Lead business reviews, governance meetings and strategic workshops, turning complex technical and operational topics into clear business actions


• Coordinate Sales, Product, Solution Consulting, Professional Services and Support to deliver a consistent customer experience and represent the voice of the customer internally

Dein Profil

What You Bring

• At least 3 years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Value Consulting, Enterprise Consulting or a comparable customer-facing role


• Professional fluency in both German and English, with the confidence to lead customer meetings, workshops and business discussions in German


• A strong track record of working with enterprise customers and managing complex relationships across multiple business and IT stakeholders


• A background in enterprise software, AI, automation or other complex technology solutions, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment

Helpful, but Not Essential

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Procure -to-Pay, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services or similar enterprise processes


• Familiarity with AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, workflow automation or related enterprise automation technologies


• Commercial exposure to renewals, expansion opportunities, business cases or value-based customer conversations


• Confidence working with customer health indicators, product-usage data and measurable success metrics
