What Makes This Role Great

In this role, you will serve as a vital operational pillar, taking full ownership of end-to-end service administration, product return lifecycles, and local repair center workflows while empowering our global distribution network.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Provide solution-oriented support to distribution partners and service providers regarding incoming service inquiries via phone, email, and CRM tickets.
• Manage the complete administrative lifecycle for defective products, including repair processing, replacements, product returns, and incorrect deliveries.
• Support local repair center operations by overseeing spare parts inventory, repair invoicing, and temporary customs imports into Germany.
• Process reimbursements for external warranty repairs and cost coverage for customer site service work while maintaining master data and system registrations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong background in customer support, service administration, or operations coordination.
• Professional proficiency (B2/C1) in both German and English to support our diverse workforce and customer base.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, solution-oriented customer communication across multiple channels.
• Experienced in managing end-to-end administrative workflows, ticket resolution, and data validation in CRM systems.

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience navigating Oracle, Salesforce, or specialized service management platforms.
• Prior exposure to spare parts inventory management, repair center support, or customs administration.
• Familiarity with field technology, surveying equipment, or industrial hardware ecosystems.
