As an established company in the Oldenburger Münsterland, Kessens Technik mit System has stood for approximately 15 years for high-quality solutions in storage and conveying technology, plant construction, and the processing of bulk materials for agricultural and industrial businesses.

To complement the team, Kessens Technik mit System GmbH & Co. KG is looking for reliable and structured sales support.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support and consultation for existing and new customers
Creation, processing, and follow-up of quotations
Entry and processing of customer orders
Customer communication via telephone and in writing
Coordination of delivery dates and alignment with internal departments
Maintenance of customer and order data
Supporting the field sales team with sales and administrative tasks
Processing of customer inquiries and complaints

Your Qualifications

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification is desirable
Professional experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable
Very good written and spoken German skills
Commercial understanding and interest in technical products
