Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for renters via e‑mail, chat and phone.
• Handle inquiries about bookings, vehicle types, insurance and travel tips.
• Act as liaison between renters and owners, including mediation of conflicts.
• Provide pragmatic and creative solutions when issues arise on the road.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
• Support the team culture and community spirit within PaulCamper.

Qualifications

• Passion for camping or a deep understanding of the camper van community.
• Patience and empathy – ability to explain the same information multiple times calmly.
• Persistence and solution orientation – determined to find answers or solutions.
• Enjoyment of human interaction and communication.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Dutch or Spanish is required.
• Availability to start on .
• Residence in Berlin or surrounding area (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• Knowledge of insurance and related topics is a plus.
