Cyber Defense Expert - Threat Detection & Response (f/m/d) Delos Cloud

As a Cyber Defense Expert, you join the Delos Cloud SOC to defend Germany’s sovereign Azure Cloud and contribute to the digitalization of the public sector. You will monitor platforms for threats, triage security alerts, and coordinate incident response against advanced threats. You’ll refine detections, response plans, and SOC processes, with opportunities to dive into threat hunting, forensics, and malware analysis. • Monitor the Delos Cloud platform for threats and triage security alerts
• Coordinate incident response to defend against advanced persistent threats
• Optimize detections, response plans, and SOC processes
• Support forensic investigations, malware analysis, and reverse engineering (as interests/experience permit)
• Conduct threat hunting within the platform
• Develop and improve detection logic

• 6+ years of relevant SOC experience with proven incident detection and response expertise
• Advanced experience in security monitoring and triage
• Fluency in German and English
• Knowledge in at least two of: Incident Response, Digital Forensics, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, Malware Analysis
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties
