Czech & Slovak-speaking Sales Executive to Munich

In this role you will manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads for SME funding solutions in a fintech setting. You will guide customers from first contact through funding, conducting discovery calls to align goals with funding offers. You’ll collaborate with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth journey and hit sales targets. This is a high-velocity, international environment where you help businesses access growth-capital and mentor junior teammates.

• Manage and own a pipeline of warm inbound leads from initial contact to funded outcome
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client operations and funding goals
• Present and explain funding offers and address objections
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to maintain momentum
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Work toward individual and team sales targets with defined KPIs
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Provide mentorship to junior sales team members when needed

• Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak (written and spoken)
• German language skills are an advantage
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong time management and structured sales approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
