da Vinci Clinical Territory Associate

We are seeking a Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) who will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. The CTA will develop expertise in the da Vinci® Surgical System across all primary surgical specialties, support technical and clinical aspects, and progress to focus on sales activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide case support as a resource to the surgical team, offering guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Lead all technical in‑services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.
• Contribute to the Clinical Sales Manager’s quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior through product demonstrations, in‑services, operating‑room selling activities, and support trainings.
• Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption through product demonstrations, in‑services, and selling activities.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, expense reports, and completion of required online modules.
• Act as a Medical Device Consultant, after appropriate training, providing guidance and support in the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• English and local language are a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales degree a plus.
