Key Responsibilities

• Strategy : Support data-driven decision‑making by identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies through analysis.
• Business : Assist various business units by preparing customized reports and dashboards.
• Processes : Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources; create visualizations and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• People & Talent : Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to understand data requirements.
• Risk Management : Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across projects and reports.
• Governance : Maintain proper documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis logic.
• Regulatory & Business Conduct : Adhere to AppXcess Technologies’ policies and ethical standards while handling data responsibly. Proactively raise and address any concerns about data privacy and security.

Other Responsibilities

• Stay updated with evolving data trends and tools.
• Support the team in data audits, ad‑hoc reports, and internal projects.

Skills and Experience

• Strong foundation in Excel, SQL, and any one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
