Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to support our client in managing project data, systems, and reporting. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data management, building clear reports, and supporting decision-making processes. Experience with Procore, construction, or project-based industries will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project data, workflows, and setup using Procore (if applicable).
• Create, analyze, and maintain reports to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Support IT system implementation, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and IT staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in IT and Data Analytics.
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL, databases, and data integration.
• Experience with Procore is a plus (project setup, workflows, data management).
• Background in construction, engineering, or project-based industries (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup with a reliable internet connection.
