About the Role: In this exciting remote position, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind business intelligence. As a Data Analyst, you will evaluate complex datasets, design insightful dashboards, and provide recommendations that directly influence business strategy. Responsibilities

• Dive deep into high-volume, high-dimensional datasets to uncover impactful insights.
• Build and manage real-time dashboards and interactive reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define data needs and deliver relevant business metrics.
• Design and execute experiments that test hypotheses and guide product or operational changes.
• Communicate complex data findings through clear storytelling, visualizations, and strategic summaries.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and maintain data pipelines and models for scalable analysis.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data governance compliance.
• Create and update KPI frameworks aligned with business priorities.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses, forecasting, and trend identification.
• Compile and deliver insightful performance summaries tailored for senior leadership.

You’ll be responsible for translating data into meaning, enabling stakeholders across all levels to act confidently and decisively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role within a business or tech environment.
• High proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling and scripting.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google BigQuery).
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and data automation tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods.
• Knowledge of business intelligence best practices.
