Data Analytics Architect (m/f/d)

As Analytics Architect, you will shape the enterprise analytics foundation across Fabric and Databricks to support a large user base and trusted data products. You will set governance, semantic modeling, and a robust metrics layer while ensuring observability and long-term maintainability. This role focuses on systems thinking at scale, not just dashboards, enabling cross-functional teams to derive insights responsibly. You will work on architecture that scales with business needs and contributes to Redcare’s mission of making health accessible and data-driven.

• Define and own enterprise analytics architecture across Fabric and Databricks, aligning design with scale and long-term strategy
• Architect and optimize large-scale semantic models, including incremental refresh and aggregation strategies
• Establish a governed metrics layer (DBT) with versioned transformations and clear separation between transformation and consumption
• Design and enforce data governance and access control using Unity Catalog, RBAC, and workspace isolation
• Lead system-level performance diagnostics to identify bottlenecks across modeling, compute, and governance

• Strong production experience with Fabric / Power BI Premium capacity and performance under high concurrency
• Hands-on expertise in Databricks and SparkSQL, including optimization and governance via Unity Catalog
• Experience building and scaling a metrics layer architecture (DBT preferred) in an enterprise environment
• Ability to diagnose complex performance issues across modeling, compute, and capacity layers
