About Role

We are looking for an efficient and pro‑active Data Entry Administrator to join our busy Finance team.

• Accurately entering information collected into our system
• Obtaining copies of invoices/statements and adding them to our electronic filing system
• Ensuring correct and accurate information on customer accounts is always maintained
• Run reports and update spreadsheets

Eligibility Criteria

Y ou have strong IT skills, with the ability to work on multiple systems and be proficient in Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have previous experience of data entry role.
