• Develop and deploy data science products and analytics solutions for clients
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to implement models
• Interpret and present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Handle large, diverse datasets and complex business problems
• Contribute to internal assets and best practices in data science and analytics
• Engage in interdisciplinary projects across industries and geographies

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering required
• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience applying advanced data science methods
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud-based analytics tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences in German and English
• Experience in Generative AI application development and advisory work
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
