Senior Data & AI Consultant (all genders)

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you help clients translate data and AI ambitions into measurable business value. You will shape and deliver engagements across data strategy, transformation, bespoke AI solutions, and platform development, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will identify high-impact use cases, define roadmaps, guide delivery, and ensure adoption, while contributing to sales, thought leadership, and reusable assets. • Define and deliver data & AI strategy and transformation programs
• Lead discovery of use cases and shape product backlogs for AI solutions
• Develop data platform architecture requirements and oversee data product delivery
• Structure complex engagements, manage delivery quality and stakeholder expectations
• Foster collaboration across data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support business development and contribute to consulting proposals and assets
• Represent the Data & AI discipline as a thought leader and publish impactful content
• Create reusable consulting assets, templates, and demonstrators

• University degree in business, STEM, or related field (leading institution)
• 5+ years in Data & AI with knowledge of Responsible AI, Agentic AI, Data Mesh, synthetic data
• Hands-on experience across Data & AI lifecycle from strategy to production
• At least 2 years of consulting experience with external clients
• Strong consulting fundamentals: problem-solving, project management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, proposal development
• Experience across multiple industries; banking, insurance, life sciences, or manufacturing preferred
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
