Overview

In this role you guide clients through ERP transformations with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, from strategy and planning to implementation and go-live. You will work with cross-functional teams at BCG and Platinion on local and international projects to plan, deploy, and optimize ERP systems. You shape target architectures and governance models to deliver measurable business value. You will solve complex integration and deployment challenges while staying aligned with client needs and future trends. Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead end-to-end ERP transformations and SAP S/4HANA programs across client landscapes
Plan, execute and manage analyses of business processes to identify value
Develop ERP target architectures leveraging innovation and future trends
Define program organization and governance to deliver business value
Manage sourcing of system integrations partners and software solutions
Prepare and finalize project deliverables like reports and proposals
Evaluate ERP projects against goals and quality criteria with improvement actions
Drive recovery and stabilization measures for ERP projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

4+ years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
Proven track record in end-to-end ERP transformations using standard approaches (e.g., SAP Activate)
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies (integration architecture, cloud deployment, extensibility)
Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools (SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong client orientation and excellent communication/presentation skills
Team leadership and ability to inspire cross-functional teams
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
