In this role you support client-facing ERP transformation projects, focusing on SAP S/4HANA within a cross-functional consulting team. You contribute to both analysis and the development of ERP architectures, shaping how complex IT landscapes enable business outcomes. You work on-site with clients and in offices, preparing meetings and analyses that drive value. • Support quantitative and qualitative analysis of business processes to identify value potential
• Assist in guiding clients through project lifecycle stages: strategy, planning, implementation and go-live
• Contribute to development and definition of ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes
• Prepare and follow up on client meetings and presentations; handle project analyses and data
• Collaborate as a fully integrated team member in cross-functional, global contexts

• Advanced stage of bachelor's or master's studies in (business) informatics or a similar field with strong academic performance
• Strong IT knowledge and initial practical experience from internships or student roles (ERP/SAP environment preferred)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong client- and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively in German and English
