In this role you drive value through SAP S/4HANA ERP transformations for clients, guiding strategy, planning, and implementation alongside cross-functional teams. You shape target architectures and governance to ensure business benefits are realized. You work with C-level stakeholders on complex, international projects and contribute to delivering measurable value. Verantwortungsbereiche

Plan, execute and manage analyses of business processes to quantify value
Develop ERP target architectures for large IT landscapes with future-oriented tech
Define programme governance and organise delivery to capture business benefits
Oversee procurement of system integration partners and software solutions
Prepare and finalise project deliverables such as reports, workshops, and business proposals
Evaluate ERP initiatives against objectives and quality criteria; create improvement actions
Drive recovery and stabilisation measures for ERP projects

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
Proven track record in end-to-end ERP transformations using SAP Activate
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise tech (integration architecture, cloud deployment, extensibility)
Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools (SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong client and result orientation with outstanding communication and presentation skills
Team spirit with ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
