Overview

In this role you help shape ERP/SAP S/4 strategies for large-scale transformations, lead the BCG Platinion SAP team on complex projects, and partner with client leadership to define rollout plans. You collaborate with colleagues across borders, applying deep SAP and process expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will develop compelling proposals, drive content topics, and participate in leadership forums to advance client outcomes. This position offers hands-on impact in a renowned, collaborative consulting environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Operational management of large-scale SAP projects and team leadership within BCG Platinion
Engage with client leadership (board/senior management) alongside BCG Platinion leadership
Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies for complex landscapes
Prepare and present proposals for major SAP programs
Contribute as part of the BCG Platinion Leadership Team (mentoring, content topics)
Participate in leadership meetings and practice group sessions

Zentrale Anforderungen

6+ years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
Strong methodological background with SAP rollout approaches (ASAP, , SAP Activate)
Knowledge of procedures/tools: template management, Solution Manager, release management/transportation, process modeling; CD/CI environments (Jenkins)
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related transformation solutions
Overview of modern data-driven architectures and end-to-end processes (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, etc.)
Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Strong client and results orientation
Team spirit, communication and presentation skills, intellectual agility
Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal
