Overview

In this role you drive large-scale SAP BTP and AI transformation programs from ideation to implementation, shaping platform strategies at the C-level. You will architect complex, integrated systems and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact. You partner with clients to advance business development, craft compelling demos and proofs-of-concept, and position BCG Platinion as a thought leader in SAP BTP and AI.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead large-scale transformation programs in SAP BTP and AI from start to finish
Define platform, data, and AI strategies at the C-level
Own the architecture of complex, integrated, and agent-based systems
Make key technology decisions in large organizations
Advance business development and proposal processes
Lead high-impact demos and proofs-of-concepts
Build and develop high-performing, interdisciplinary teams
Position BCG Platinion as a thought leader in SAP BTP and AI

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable field with above-average grades
8+ years of experience in IT consulting and managing complex IT/transformation programs
In-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
Solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their applications
Experience in planning, managing, and evaluating economic impact of transformations (business cases)
Led teams (>5 people) and managed complex programs and escalations
Ability to operate at C-level and serve as trusted client advisor
Proven track record in business development, especially in acquiring/advancing projects
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally
