Overview

In this role you will lead the design and implementation of SAP BTP and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise clients. You join a cross-functional team to translate strategic ideas into scalable architectures and concrete migration plans. You’ll guide proofs-of-concept, demos, and pilots, shaping target visions and roadmaps. You’ll work closely with clients to balance technology depth with business outcomes, delivering measurable impact in complex landscapes.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead projects or workstreams for SAP BTP and AI solution implementations
Develop scalable, integrated architectures for complex enterprise landscapes
Evaluate platform strategies (BTP, hyperscalers, open source, hybrid)
Design and manage agent-based AI workflows (orchestration, tool integration, human-in-the-loop)
Lead proofs-of-concept, demos, and pilot implementations
Develop target visions, roadmaps, and migration strategies from legacy systems
Advise clients on complex technology decisions
Coach team members and ensure implementation quality

Zentrale Anforderungen

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field
6+ years of relevant consulting experience with SAP BTP, cloud, or software development
In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP (CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
Strong programming skills and modern development experience
Practical experience with AI/GenAI in enterprise context
Extensive experience with integration architectures and complex landscapes; familiarity with hyperscalers and hybrid architectures
Experience leading teams as project manager, including client-side experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in German and English
