Dealer Retail Marketing Manager

In Germany, we are building a strong local team to support the launch and growth of the CHERY brand. We are looking for an experienced Dealer Retail Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing excellence across our German dealer network and ensure a consistent and engaging CHERY brand experience at every customer touchpoint.

Your Role

As Dealer Retail Marketing Manager – CHERY Germany, you will be responsible for translating CHERY's brand strategy and national marketing campaigns into effective retail marketing concepts and execution plans across the German dealer network.

You will act as a key interface between Brand, Sales, Dealer Network Development, external agencies, and dealer partners, ensuring that campaigns, product launches, and brand activities are effectively implemented at retail level.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Marketing Strategy & Framework: Translate brand strategy and marketing campaigns into effective retail marketing concepts and execution plans for the German dealer network.
• Dealer Campaign Execution: Drive the execution of retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across the dealer network.
• Retail Brand Experience: Ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution across key retail touchpoints, including showrooms, POS materials, customer experiences, test drives, and local dealer marketing activities.
• Local Dealer Marketing: Develop guidelines and frameworks for local dealer marketing activities, balancing local market flexibility with consistent brand standards.
• Dealer Enablement: Develop retail marketing toolkits and provide guidance or training to dealer partners to support consistent campaign and brand execution.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the key retail marketing interface between Brand, Sales, Dealer Network Development, external agencies, and dealer partners.
• Project & Resource Management: Coordinate timelines, materials, budgets, and execution standards for retail marketing initiatives.
• Quality Management & Optimization: Monitor the quality of retail marketing execution across the dealer network, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Dealer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze structured dealer feedback to continuously optimize retail marketing concepts, tools, and processes.
• Retail Marketing Performance: Define relevant KPIs and track the effectiveness of retail marketing activities, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional experience in retail marketing, dealer marketing, trade marketing, or a comparable role.
• Automotive industry and dealer network experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing, campaign execution, and customer experience.
• Experience working with dealer partners and translating central brand strategies into effective local execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on and execution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate marketing performance and translate insights into actions.
• Fluent English; German proficiency is highly preferred.
