Delivery Coordinator | Operations

Overview

We’re currently looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our Operations team. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesn’t mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.

This position is located in Cologne, Germany. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a selection of standard handover locations to reach 4 KPIs: Total handovers, Customer Satisfaction, Time to Handover and Handover Booking Behavior.
• Logistic monitoring and steering with central team.
• Stock reporting.
• Collaboration with CX departments on extras, customer support and act as key interface between handover centers and PSDE departments.
• Case handling for delivery communication.
• Support the Order Management team, e.g. with order matching, order changes, vehicle releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business education, logistics or a similar background.
• 1-3 years of previous work experience in the automotive industry or a similar field (helpful).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in German and English).
• Proactive problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
