Responsibilities

• Managingapipelineofprojects.
• Managingtimelines,risksandbusinessexpectationsofthecustomer.
• Ensuringefficiencyofdeliveryprocesses,includingprojectoptimizationandprofitabilitymanagement.
• Planning,controlandallocationofprojectbudgets.
• Closecommunicationwithinternal/externalprojectstakeholders.
• Forecastingtheproject'sgrowthanddecline.
• Constantmonitoringandimprovementofteamperformancemetrics.
• PerformingRFPanalysis.
• Preparinganevaluationoftheproposedsolution.
• Preparingacommercialproposalfortheclient(includingpresentation).
• Teambuildingandmanagingprojecttimelines.
• Coaching,mentoring,motivatingandsupervisingsupervisedprojects.
• Communicatingregularlywithcustomersonbusinessdevelopment,strategiesandobjectives.
• Maintainingreports and necessary documentation for customers.

Must-haves:

• ExperienceofITprojectmanagementfor2+years(planning,scheduling,projectcommunication,problemsolving,changeandriskmanagement).
• Experienceasa Delivery Managerfor1+years.
• Solidunderstandingofprojectmanagementincludingvariousmethodologiesandtools.
• ExperienceofmanagingprojectsundervariousAgilecontractsandFixPrice.
• Good technical experience (previouswork as a QA, Developer, etc.).
• Experienceindifferentdomains(fintechorhealthcare).
• Practical knowledge of Agile, software product development life cycle model (SDLC).
• Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques, experience in requirements management.
• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – Upper-Intermediate and above.
