As Daqo’s Delivery & Service Manager in Europe, your mission is to ensure the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of Daqo’s products and integrated power distribution solutions across the European market.
Based in Germany (preferably near Frankfurt), you will lead project delivery coordination, oversee installation and commissioning support, and ensure high-quality after-sales service for projects involving MV switchgear, transformers, RMUs, and related power distribution systems.
This role serves as the key operational bridge between customers, European project partners, and Daqo’s HQ engineering and manufacturing teams.
Lead and coordinate the delivery of Daqo’s MV equipment and integrated power distribution solutions for customer projects across Europe.
Ensure smooth project execution from order confirmation to final commissioning, including:
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely and compliant delivery according to contractual requirements.
Support project documentation management, including technical documentation, compliance files, and project handover materials.
Act as the primary contact point for delivery-related coordination with European customers and project partners.
Oversee the installation and commissioning process of Daqo MV equipment (10–36 kV) deployed in European projects.
Coordinate on-site commissioning activities with:
Provide technical guidance and support during:
Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant European standards and local grid requirements.
Establish and manage a high-quality after-sales service framework for Daqo’s products in Europe.
Support customers with:
Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate resolution with HQ engineering teams.
Ensure timely response and effective support to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Support the development of Daqo’s local service capability across Europe.
Identify and coordinate with local service partners, contractors, and technical specialists to support installation and maintenance activities.
Contribute to building a scalable service structure to support the growing installed base of Daqo equipment in the European market.
Provide feedback from project execution and service operations to support product improvement and operational optimization.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in power distribution, MV systems, or energy infrastructure projects.
Experience with project delivery, commissioning, or service management related to:
Familiarity with European electrical standards such as IEC, DIN, VDE, or other local grid requirements.
Experience working with EPC contractors, utilities, industrial customers, or renewable energy developers.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent English and Chinese required
Based in Germany (preferably Frankfurt area) or willing to relocate.
Willingness to travel across Europe for project delivery and customer support.
A key operational role supporting Daqo’s growing project portfolio across Europe.
