Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager

Our client is a global robotics and automation technology company providing advanced collaborative robotic solutions to customers across a wide range of industrial applications. As the business continues to expand across Europe, they are strengthening their regional marketing capability to support further commercial growth.

Overview of the Job

The Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute B2B marketing programs that generate qualified leads and contribute to measurable sales pipeline across Europe. Working closely with Sales, channel partners and global Marketing, the role will cover digital campaigns, events, webinars, partner marketing and lead conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, email, webinars, events and trade shows to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Work closely with Sales and channel partners to improve lead follow-up, nurturing and MQL-to-SQL/opportunity conversion.
• Manage European field marketing activities, including trade shows, customer events, seminars and partner campaigns, from promotion through to post-event follow-up.
• Adapt global campaigns, messaging and marketing assets for European markets, customer segments and industrial applications.
• Support joint marketing initiatives with distributors, system integrators and other channel partners to expand market reach and generate demand.
• Track campaign performance, lead sources, funnel metrics and event ROI through CRM and marketing automation platforms, using insights to optimise future activity.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, Sales, Product, Application Engineering and external partners to deliver campaigns effectively across European markets.

Qualifications / Skills

• Around 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within demand generation, field marketing, lead generation or a related role.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering campaigns across digital marketing, email, webinars, events, trade shows and/or partner marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel management, including MQL generation, lead nurturing and conversion into sales opportunities.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage leads and measure campaign performance; Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical products and solutions into clear customer-focused messaging.
• Experience within robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing technology or another technical B2B environment would be advantageous.
• Business-level English with strong organisational, project management and cross-functional communication skills; additional European languages are beneficial.

Other Relevant Information

• Based in the Frankfurt / Mörfelden-Walldorf area , with regular office presence required and some flexibility by agreement.
• European travel will be required for trade shows, customer events and partner activities.
